Project Features
- Design, supply & install of TRADZINC standing seam built-up roof and cladding system.
- Thermally efficient insulated with a R-Value of 3.7m2.K/W
- Acoustic sound reduction and anti-rain drumming.
- No perimeter flashings, including ridge, eaves, barge details as all details are hand seamed together to create a waterproof, high wind resistant lap.
- Sheets roll formed on site according to project specifications with 37 different cut lengths.
- Programme – Roof waterproofed with walkable liner sheet in 3 weeks in order for works to continue below preventing delays in project critical path achieved.
