Project Features
- Removal of existing roof system
- Installation of new thermally efficient built up system consisting of:
- IBR liner sheet
- 135mm Ashgrid
- 135mm MBI glasswool insulation
- Saflok 700
- Installation of dust barrier to prevent dust entering factory during works
- Installation of overhead tented structure to prevent flooding during rain
- Removal and replacement of stainless steel gutters
- Removal and replacement of smoke ventilators
- Installation of automatic heat ventilators
- Removal of existing polycarbonate cladding and replacement with Multicellular polycarbonate facade sheeting.
